How can you help?

Each year our trustees must raise our full budget from foundations, friends and interested supporters.

We are enormously grateful to the many donors, volunteers and supporters who have given in various ways to make possible the work of The Kusasa Project. Because you care, the children of the Franschhoek Valley are impacted in a positive way.

Our biggest need is and always will be for good teachers. Paying the salary of a good educator for a year ensures that every child that comes into contact with that teacher benefits from his/her experience, expertise and care.

Each member of our team has been recruited for their skills, fit with their teammates and belief in our mission, sacrificing careers in more established schools (private and government) or commercial businesses, for the chance to put their talents to use changing lives of poor children.

Our staff work in a challenging social and political environment with one overriding, guiding principle – It’s all about the kids!

Help us by investing in a child’s education at The Kusasa Project. We also welcome donations toward general and administrative expenses.

All donations to the Kusasa Project are tax deductible!
